You will need to make a few minor changes to the settings on this page
With the MDY column selected as in the example above click Date and DMY in the date format selection and click Finish. (If the MDY column is not selected you can select it by clicking the MDY heading at the top of the column)
This should complete the import procedure and allow you to view the data.
